Scale Warms Ups

Low Low High Exercise
You will play the exercise playing a lower pitch twice and then moving to the higher octave. Try these tongued and slurred. Start slow (above) and then speed up (below) as you gain better control to the octaves
Chromatic Scales
When you move from one pitch in intervals of half steps for example F to F# that is called a chromatic step. Starting on your Middle C please a chromatic scale up to the next octave. start slowly then increase as you gain more confidence.

Major Scales is foundation of Western Music. There are a total of 12 major scales. Let's play the G Major Scale below.
